The MultiCrimp module accepts a pallet with a cable whose jacket is removed at both sides and the cable wires are stripped from their isolation. The module then performs the crimp on the cable wires using already installed termination rolls. The MultiCrimp modules comes with 3 versions: single crimp machine, dual crimp machine and triple crimp machine. The MultiCrimp module makes use of existing off-the-shelf crimp machines and applicators that can be selected per the customer preference.

The Uploader module accepts a pallet with a cable already processed by the line, and unloads it to a destination that can be a removable box or a packaging machine, in accordance with the customer preference.

CableAlign module accepts a pallet with a cable already coiled and binded, with its jacket at both ends cut but not removed. The module removes the jacket from both ends and then aligns the cable end to a predefined place.

The LayerRemove module accepts a pallet with a cable already stripped from its outer jacket at both sides and performs the removal of the aluminum shield at both sides.

The PreHandler module accepts cable wires pairs twisted together and straightens them as to be ready for the next stage of cable processing. Communications cables usually include wires that are twisted together as to increase noise immunity and improve performance. An important stage of automatically assembling communications cables is to straighten these wires, as preparation for the next stage that can be wire sorting for example. The PreHandler machine can accept cables such as Ethernet, USB and others.

The WireSort module accepts a pallet with a cable where the cable wires are straight and separated. The module performs the sorting of the cable wires on combs mounted on the pallet.

The RJ45Press module accepts a pallet with a cable where the cable wires are already sorted on combs mounted on the pallet. The module then removes the wires from the combs and presses them into RJ45 connectors.

The MoldingTesting module accepts a pallet with a cable where the cable ends already connected to their connectors. The module performs overmolding on the connectors and during the cooling process also performs the end to end testing on the cable.

The Unloader module accepts a cable on a reel, cuts it to measure (using 3rd party cut and strip machine), coils it, binds it and puts the coiled and binded cable on a pallet for further processing.

The MultiStrip module accepts a pallet with a cable where the cable jacket is removed at both sides and the cable wires are straight. The module performs stripping of the wires isolation.
